Why it matters

Commercial leasing runs on who knows whom. Anchor Point puts live tenant requirements in the open, so an owner can see demand before listing anything.

Anchor Point Commercial Group works in El Paso, Texas. Its site is less a brochure than a working instrument: the first thing it shows is what tenants in its network are looking for right now.

A secure dashboard sits behind sign-in for the team.

The challenge

A tenant's requirement, with its size, submarket, drive-through and timeline, and an owner's available property rarely meet in the same place. They get matched from memory and by cold calling, and tenants need to stay confidential while they look.

What we built

A public site with a live feed of active requirements, each anonymised and described by use, submarket, size, deal type and timeline. Two short forms, one for people looking for space and one for people who have it. AI compares each submission against the properties and tenants already in the network, and the team makes the introduction.

Requirement, match, connection

  1. Submit your requirements

A short form: what you are looking for, or what you have available.

  2. AI matches your criteria

Each submission is compared against every property and active tenant in the network.

  3. We connect you

When there is a match the team reaches out. Nobody cold calls a listing.

What makes it interesting

Demand is the homepage.

Most property sites list buildings. This one lists what tenants want: a fast casual restaurant needing 2,000 square feet and a drive-through in East El Paso; a gym looking for 15,000 in Horizon City. Owners respond to demand they can actually see.

What is in it

  • Live intelligence feed

How it looks, and why

Night-sky navy, a faint engineering grid, condensed capitals and a signal blue. It reads like a trading terminal for space.
