Why it matters

People usually arrive at a consultation unsure what to ask for. Esthetic Match gets the understanding done first, so the appointment starts further along.

Esthetic Match serves two audiences in one product. Patients explore treatments and compare practitioners. Practitioners get a profile built to be found, and tools for the weeks after a procedure.

The platform is published in English and French and is operated from Tallinn, Estonia.

The challenge

Aesthetic medicine is hard to read from the outside. A patient knows what they would like to change, not which of dozens of procedures applies, which kind of practitioner performs it, or how to compare one with another. Practitioners, meanwhile, spend first consultations answering the same opening questions.

What we built

For patients: ten treatment categories that turn everyday concerns into clear procedure options; a directory searchable by speciality, category, procedure, location and rating; profiles with clinic details, ratings and galleries; and EMi, an assistant that takes a concern in plain language and points towards treatments and practitioners. For practitioners: a profile structured for search and AI discovery, custom recovery plans with automatic check-ins and alerts, and encrypted messaging tied to the patient's record.

  3. Choose with confidence

Verified profiles, ratings, clinic details and galleries, side by side.

  4. Search around you

What makes it interesting

An assistant that knows where it stops.

EMi answers in plain language and says, on the same screen, that it offers educational guidance and not a diagnosis. In a medical product, what the AI declines to do is part of the design.

What is in it

  • EMi, the assistant

Describe a concern, explore options, or search for doctors and procedures in one conversation.

  • Ten treatment categories

From surgical face to longevity medicine, each explained and broken into subcategories.

  • Practitioner directory

All, surgical, non-surgical or near me, with profiles built for comparison.

  • Built to be found

Practitioner profiles structured for search engines and AI discovery, with reviews and procedures integrated.

  • Post-treatment follow-up

Custom recovery plans, automatic check-ins and an alert when a patient needs attention.

How it looks, and why

Midnight navy and soft gold, wide-set capitals and close portrait photography. Calm and clinical, never salon pink.
